The basic aircon services can be classified into 4 different categories as stated: 1) One-Time General Air Con Servicing / Air Con Maintenance 2) Yearly Contract Air Con Servicing / Air Con Maintenance 3) Aircon Chemical Cleaning / Washing Service 4) Checking / Troubleshooting of Air Con Fault 1) One-Time General Air Con Servicing / Air Con Maintenance Description: The aircon servicing includes cleaning of the indoor fancoil and outdoor condenser, clearing of the drainage piping (to prevent leaking) and general health-check for your air conditioning system. The aircon servicing includes cleaning of the indoor fancoil and outdoor condenser, clearing of the drainage piping (to prevent water leaking problem) and checking for your air conditioning system. Usually this service is needed when a general cleaning of the aircon unit does not improve the condition.
