For every new client you referred and engaged to our Cleaning Services, you will get a free Mattress Dust Mites Purification Service worth S$70. And the new customer you introduced will also enjoy a 6% discount for three months, if he opted for a 6 months term contract. Please kindly ensure the referral customer provides us with your full name and address (registered with the cleaning services package) at the time they sign-up for our services. House dust mites are the most common cause of asthma, and these mites live in house dust. It is the feces of the dust mite that is the actual allergen that causes breathing problems. Dust mites produce feces about 20 times a day. Aside from being an allergen, the feces of the dust mite is light enough to float in the air, so it is easily inhaled by those who occupy homes and buildings. What is Mattress Dust Mites Purification Service? Genie will use Rainbow Vacuum Cleaner’s Power Nozzle to vacuum all of your mattresses in the house. The Motorised Brush in the Power Nozzle helps to loosen the dirt from your mattresses for easy clean up. Typical Vacuum Cleaners only pick up some of the dirt and debris. Much of the surface dirt that is not picked up falls deeper into the mattresses. The Rainbow’s Power Nozzle has a height adjustment designed to reach the dirt other vacuums leave behind, bringing surfaces to new level of cleanliness and at the same time vacuum out the dust mites that are inhabited in the mattresses itself. Terms and Conditions* 1. The Customer Referral Reward Program is applicable to all our existing Monthly (4 times per month) Contract Cleaning Services customers, who have been with Genie for at least 3 months and with no outstanding balances on their account. 2. The Mattress Dust Mites Purification Service is not exchangeable for cash, non-transferable, or use to offset any outstanding balances from their account. There is no limit on the number of free Mattress Dust Mites Purification Service accrued from same account, but must be consumed within 12 months from the date of referral, and still an active Genie customer. 3. To be eligible for referral reward, your full name and contract service address must be provided, at the time the referred customer sign-up their services. 4. Unless otherwise specified, the referred customer must sign up for a minimum of three months and be current on all billing at time of referral reward eligibility. 5. New referred customers are also eligible for referral reward when referring new customers. 6. All Genie’s employees are not eligible for this program. 7. This program is not available with any other Genie Cleaning Center Pte Ltd’s offer or program. 8. All referral customers must sign-up not later than 30th June 2009 to qualify the reward. 9. Genie’s decision on all matters relating to this Customer Referral Reward Program will be final and conclusive. 10. Genie reserves the right to terminate the referral customer’s or the referred customer’s rights to receive any rewards and benefits conferred by this Program without notice if he failed to comply with any of these Terms & Conditions or the specific terms & conditions governing the use of Genie’s Cleaning Services.
